SHIPPING POLICY:
- We will ship orders the SAME DAY if they are received by 11:00 AM
Pacific Coast Time.
- We will ship Monday through Friday except on holidays.
- Standard Ground Shipping within the contiguous United States will carry
a flat fee of $4.99 (THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO HEAT SENSITIVE PRODUCTS)
- Heat Sensitive Products will be shipped Monday through Wednesday via
second day air shipping and Monday through Thursday via overnight air
shipping. Holidays will require alternate shipping days so that the products
will arrive in their most vital state.
- Due to the fragility of Heat Sensitive Products, customers are
encouraged to choose second day air or overnight air or freezer pack
shipping.
- Any higher level shipping (second day, overnight, freezer packed) will
incur the same cost as the factory charges less the $4.99 flat fee.
- As a convenience to our customers we will fill ALL orders. However, due
to the special pricing of our products, all orders under $100 will incur an
additional $5.00 special handling fee.
- Please note that a street address is always required as the shipping
address for delivery of these products.
RETURN POLICY:
Due to our special Fund Raising pricing, same day and flat fee shipping, we
are only able to accept returns of products which were damaged when received or
which were unordered products. This request for refund must be made within 30
days of receipt of the order. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO HEAT SENSITIVE PRODUCTS
WHEN THE CUSTOMER CHOOSES STANDARD SHIPPING.
BACKORDERS:
In the unusual event that a product is “out of stock” or that the factory is
delayed in shipping a product, we will designate your order as a “temporary
back- order” and we will notify you of that fact. We will email you with the
projected shipping date and also when the order has been shipped. There will be
no additional shipping fee.
